My wife and I had a great three days at the Quail Lodge. Every employee that my wife and I met, from the Executive Director to administrative and maintenance staff were so considerate and helpful. The same goes for the restaurant staff tt served our meals. The breakfast and dinner meals we had at the Lodge were delicious. My wife and I were so surprised, actually shocked, at being upgraded to a suite, when our shower head was inoperable. The suite was wonderful and so unexpected. Finally, the hotel and grounds were beautiful and so well maintained. We took full advantage of the large swimming pool and the cardio and weight rooms. We were quite taken by the esthetics of your beautiful golf course. Even though I had never picked up a golf club before, I was inspired to take a golf lesson with Brent, the golf Pro. It was a great experience being exposed to golf for the first time. I am planning on going to the Rancho Park, LA golf course driving range with a friend of mine, who is an avid golfer. My wife and I plan on returning to the Quail Lodge.

Quail Lodge is in Carmel, California, just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea on the Monterey Peninsula. Situated beyond Carmel’s fog belt on the town’s sunny side, guests can enjoy the best of both worlds – cool ocean breezes and plenty of sunshine – during their stay. Quail Lodge is nestled on 850 acres of lush fairways, oak-studded meadows and sparkling lakes. The resort completed a $25-million makeover July 2003 that transformed nearly every facet of the resort, while preserving its legendary character and charm. The Lodge’s California-country ambience pays homage to the region’s rustic, romantic essence. Amenities include two restaurants, a golf club with a championship golf course, an innovative Wellness Center, spa, tennis courts, swimming pools, Bocce and croquet courts, executive 9-hole putting course, extensive nature trails and expansive meeting and banquet space.
