After traveling many hours and dealing with several canceled flights, we found ourselves at the Double Tree seeking rest we desperately needed. It was early 1:30. Long before check in but upon arriving and speaking with Shalissa (I cant remember her name exactly) she was so kind and so helpful. Her level of empathy was amazing and she got us a room we could check into asap. She knew we would be sleeping and put us in a lower traffic area. The room was clean and the beds are so comfortable.
Musty, beat up, uncomfortable, dingy, dark, cold, patched up, broken down! Will not be back !

Guess my expectations were high, have stayed at many Hilton's and Doubletree Hotels. Lobby was fine, check in was fine, elevator fine, but on the 4th floor, all was not fine! Carpets ancient, torn and sagging, our room was more like an old Super Eight, bathroom tired and old. Everything screemed "last gasping breath" and yet somehow the cost of the room didn't reflect the sorry state of this hotel. We went to dinner in the sports bar, again, just barely alive. Food super overpriced for quality, but our waitress was really trying hard to please.Should have ordered a pizza! All in all, I should have stayed anywhere at the airport, just not here. Lesson learned.
Out dated hotel. Much better hotels in the area for a cheaper price. My room had nothing in it.
Oh man, long line of people. Keys didn't work multiple times, ordered a twin got a king bed. simply awful.

Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast items to choose from.
Tub had visible dirt Sheets were wet on both beds. 2 lights blew when turned on. Paid for king, got a double Paid $200.
We asked for extra blankets and never received any.
