I am only here to be closer to my dad while he is in the hospital. Not only has pertinent information not been provided. I.e phones do not work, microwaves missing in rooms, TVs do not work and the restaurant is only available to actual serve in the dining hour during certain times is ridiculous. The staff lacks empathy and sympathy.
