Room was very clean, however all of the appliances including the tv, fridge, coffee maker were unplugged and the outlet was very difficult to get too. Otherwise nice room. Very convenient if you are attending an event at the Golden one Arena.
I was very pleased to stay at this Holiday Inn. The only difficult part was that I was on the 9th floor, overlooking the main avenue/thruway and heard traffic all night long. In the future, I would ask for a quieter room!

Everyone was very kind and helpful.
I booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told they over booked so we ended up with one bed and a sofa! Now I need a chiropractor. Very disappointed, I should have been notified sooner then the arrival time. I would have booked elsewhere.
We encountered no problems with our stay. Location was very walkable from Old Sacramento that has lots of eateries, shops and entertainment.
We arrived to the hotel very late. We were greeted with kindness and given an additional hour for check out along with a full parking validation.
Staff at front desk and grille/bar were friendly, helpful and efficient. Good on site security and parking option.
Clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Walking distance from Amtrak and many restaurants and shops, old Sacramento riverfront.
