Staff need help with unsupervised kids parents not at pool and weight room. Risk assessment people like to sue. Not fair to staff and other guests. Soccer kids in masses unruly and parents not engaged.
Kem at the lobby bar and young lady at restaurant check in on Saturday and Sunday morning were excellent.
