Sign in was very uninformative. I had to ask about breakfast before they remembered to give me cards for it. I also had to ask where the elevator was. These are normally the first items addressed at sign in. As for the room, the set up of the bathroom with the closet inside and behind the door is very inconvenient. Also, there are no bars at all in the tub area for safety. There is no complimentary coffee or water in the lobby area that would be nice.

This is my second time staying here at the Marriott in Fort Collins and it’s always clean and comfortable. They have the amenities we all need and everyone is so nice. I will never stay at a different hotel when I’m here.

The Marriott was close to the dealership we had to take our car to after it was disabled. The front desk at night was most helpful and Tracey the next day, 29 February, was an angel. She is a pro and we are most grateful.
