Was pleasantly surprised since I was there many time as Sofitel. Very friendly and professional staff, whether at desk or Lela restaurant where everyone was most gracious… great to see wonderful Sammy again and food was very good. Would not hesitate to return.

LOCATION, PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION:Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate I-494 and Highway 100 North, the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel is only 15 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 12 minutes from the Mall of America. We have complimentary self-parking available to make travel easy.RENOVATIONSWe concluded a multi-million dollar renovation in October of 2015 that includes all of the guestrooms, public space, meeting space, the Sheraton Club Lounge, the Sheraton Fitness Center and the restaurant. Guestrooms are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each check-out. Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby. Guests may use Mobile Check-In and Mobile Key to bypass the front desk. The lobby and public restrooms are cleaned/sanitized every 2 hours.Guests are reminded to practice social distancing from other people not traveling with them while in lines, using elevators, and moving around the property. The restaurant tables are arranged 6-ft apart to ensure proper distancing. Room service food and beverages are currently available through Lela To Go.
