Clean, comfortable rooms. A/C worked great. Restaurant had excellent food. Very nice for the money.
Lack of mirrors in room, all ice machines in whole hotel were removed, charges $27 for one Brigette of 1/ two waffle and a glass of juice that waitress said would be adjusted at checkout. At checkout the woman would not take off the charge ! Will not stay at this hotel again!

We were looking for a hotel to stay In every time we visit our kids ( often) we like this one a lot..
The hotel was beautiful and overall very clean. I told the front desk the next day and they gave me a set of clean sheets, I also advised the body wash in shower was empty, he gave a new one. Comforter remained but I just didn’t use it. Other than that issue our stay was very nice. The restaurant was also good with good service.
Great location, staff, cafe nice. Hotel a bit shabby in places. Room was very dark—not enough lighting. Shower did not work properly. Shelves under sink unfinished and warped. Not enough shampoo.
We had a loved one at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital. The room was clean comfortable. The service was excellent. He had food at the bar when we came from the hospital. It was everything we needed at the time.
Very good stay.
Dakota and Aspen have gone above and beyond in taking care of us. We have been without power in our home for four days and staying at the Doubletree Campbell Center has been such a relief, especially because of these two front desk staff. Thank you!
