I was attending Luther Seminary for classes. The location is perfect. The people at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, a chair and a desk. It had everything I needed. Free breakfast was great: biscuits and gravy. Completely satisfied.
The staff was extremely personable and helpful, especially the evening desk clerk on May 23 25, 2025. Thanks to their generous attention, we would gladly stay there again.
Did not have microwave, A/C didn’t work, very noisy, old building in need of repairs.
Curtis was the best checking person I have ever met. I told him I was having surgery in the morning and he got me an apple and yogurt to eat that night. He also made sure I had a handicapped room. Keep him he is a real kind person.
I felt as an appreciated customer and the environment allowed us to feel safe.
