Stayed here to celebrate an 8 year anniversary. The staff was great. Everything was amazing here. It was just stunning inside. Its expensive but worth the money. I loved it here. I'd come here again.

"Beautiful Week end."

Loved the architecture of the lobby. The rooms were very comfortable. The location downtown was very good. We were able to bicycle down to the water front and enjoy the park, have dinner, etc. One disappointment was we were having trouble with the safe and called the front desk. We never heard another word from anyone.

Elegant! Like going back to the time of wealthy men of industry and vision for a great America! Renovations are in keeping with the time of development but with the conveniences of today. Enjoyed the whole experience. Will return.

The first floor bar area was very comfortable with a friendly bartender and good food. The tower room was very comfortable and the welcome Champagne was a nice touch.

The Pfister Hotel is gorgeous but the most important feature is the staff. Everyone was wonderful to me as I celebrated my 80th birthday alone. My room was beautiful and comfortable. The food in the Mason Street Grille was wonderful. It was a fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel.
