Floorplan is great. Staff was wonderful. Food was good. However, hot tub broke, everything grungy, trash laying around, shower drain clogged with hair. Overall unkept facility, CEO's apparently don't want to keep nice.

The Hotel Staff was very nice. The Hot Tub/Pool Area need some attention. As well as the Bathrooms inside the Rooms..our toilet was loose from the ground, the hot water was not hot. But the overall stay was good.

Tammy is a great employee you are lucky to have her.She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay.I had some problems with my room the day I checked in they were to be fixed that day.When she came in next day and found out it wasn’t she jumped in and took care of it.You need one of her at all your hotels please give her a pat on the back for me.

Our stay was great overall, but breakfast was until 10am and they were out of a lot of items by 9:40. Yes we came towards the end, but was disappointed with the selection.

It's a beautiful place, staff was amazing,and pool was 100%. The breakfast however was not good. Everything was cold that was not prepared to order. Way to spread out and hard to find things. Otherwise it was amazing!

Have used this hotel several times and will use again. It's so good to have the Covid restrictions over with and we can have food and drinks and be normal again.
