I booked over the phone under the impression that I was talking directly to the hotel but was told upon check in that I made a reservation through a third party. I even confirmed with them multiple times if I would receive the state rate for hotels and was told yes. However, because I booked through a "third party" which was never made clear to me, the fees amounted to over $60 more than what the actual cost of the room was and the staff was not very helpful to explain that process.
Really enjoy this hotel. Always clean and tidy. Staff on entry is delightful, shout out to Charlayne (sp). Love the lady that manages the breakfast area. Have met her on many occasions and I love her positive, can do attitude. We'll be back.

People were delightful and helpful. Room was okay. Breakfast very nice.
Nice Accommodations
We stayed at this location three weeks. Found near empty vending machines. We stayed here again to find no change. Our room was cleanbut had to call maintenance because of poorly flushing toilet. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work well, elevator floor was dirty. The staff was suoer friendly, but no enough to stay there again.

Excellent location right off the highway for this very weary traveler and the bed was outstanding! So comfortable! Great breakfast the following morning too.
