After checking in we went out to dinner. When we came back the elevator was out of order. An employee was standing nearby and we said we were on the 4th floor, he said "man that's tough" and walked away. The ice machine was also broken on our floor. The faucet in bathroom was loose. We were there for a wedding. How many other people were inconvenienced by the broken elevator?.

Some of the amenities of our hotel are as follows: - Complimentary Full Hot Breakfast - All rooms and Suites feature the Cloud Nine Bedding - All rooms feature Microwave and Refrigerators - All Suites feature bedroom with King bed, living room with sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with stove top burner, dishwasher, 2 televisions, video cassette player, and 2 telephones - Complimentary use of Crunch Fitness Center (must be 18)- Coin operated guest laundry and valet service - Meeting/function room for up to 30 people - On site convenience shop - Outdoor swimming pool - 15 restaurants within walking distance.
