After checking in we went out to dinner. When we came back the elevator was out of order. An employee was standing nearby and we said we were on the 4th floor, he said "man that's tough" and walked away. The ice machine was also broken on our floor. The faucet in bathroom was loose. We were there for a wedding. How many other people were inconvenienced by the broken elevator?.
