The third party reservation center I booked with canceled my reservations. My customers and I had no where to stay and had to bail out. Be very cautious on arranging your reservations with them. Go directly to the hotel. Hilton Honors member got me no where but to get the doors closed on us. Thanks a lot for a terrible experience. That will be the last time!
