We had a problem with our TV in the room. The staff went over and beyond in trying to repair the issue. After they were unsuccessful in the repair, they moved us to another room. They even helped move us. Their service was exceptional. Also, their croissants at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. It made their complimentary breakfast a step above others that we have experienced.
I had a nice time. The pull out mattress was not comfy. The showers were nice with shampoo and conditioner. I would stay again.
