Room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.
We were woken up to an emergency evacuation announcement at 6am. The alert stated for us to not use the elevator. After walking down the from the 11th floor to the main lobby the announcement had stopped. Everyone went outside the hotel. I asked the front desk are we still evacuating because I saw a few ppl waiting for the elevator in the lobby. The lady said oh it was a false alarm. I thought that was really inconsiderate for them not to inform us of it being a false alarm. Also being scared half to death waking up to that announcement.
The staff was very professional and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and clean.
Restaurant needs work Gift shop and owners are top notch.
