Called to book a room and didn’t know it was a 3rd party booking. Arrived late at night and got the keys to room. It smelled like an old bowling alley when we walked into the room. One of the lights on the wall by the be was unplugged and couldn’t plug it into wall because of a bent prong. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. There was two towels and one washcloth for two people.The toilet paper holder was all rusted and the tub and walls were dirty and scuffed up. The mirror was foggy and dusty like no one had cleaned it in months! The door jam was spaced where the light from outside came in. We did not feel safe at all.upon checking out I told the guy at the front desk that I was unhappy and would like at least 1/2 my money back. He said he couldn’t do that because it was booked through a 3rd party and would have to take it up with them. I tried telling him that they have nothing to do with the rooms here and that he should do something. He had a smirk on his face the whole time. Not professional at all! Bad manners for managing an inn. I do not recommend paying money to stay at this location. You are better off staying in your car! I give this place a ZERO out of a 10!
