Staff was excellent housekeeping was great everyone was so nice breakfast was excellent I give the staff 10/10 can’t wait to see you guys again.
Our experience was great we were greeted very friendly. We were allowed to check in early. Room was clean. Breakfast was a smooth experience and very delicious. Our family loved the pirate/mermaid theme and pool area. Access to the beach was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Room service was lousy, plus in two weeks I'll be 87 and on a walker. My wife is 83 and has Altheimer's, I quit smoking in 1995 but she still smokes. We were assigned a very easy access on the lower floor (Room 214) because of my walking. They told us she could smoke on the Balcony. They had a big female Security guard yelling at someone up above us for smoking on the balcony. We figured it was during the show and fireworks. Day three comes around my wife goes out on the balcony to smoke here comes a young security guard looking us in the face and threating to fine us $25.00 for smoking. I tried to explain why we were out there and he said we would have to walk about 100 yds down the walkway to a smoking area. I feel I blowed over $1600 for a three day stay in jail and my wife's 66th Anniversary was a complete flop. I will ever again use any hotel affiliated the Windham Group.
Everyone working there was friendly and helpful Sadly, the property is in need of some serious renovations.

This was our second time staying at your location. And it didn’t disappoint. Mrs. Maria is the absolute BEST and is so kind and helpful. We ask for beach view, ground floor room to accommodate our autistic daughter and they have never hesitated in making that happen for us! Any trip we make to Panama City, you all we definitely be our go to stay place.
The hotel was easy to find. We had a beautiful view of the beach. The room was clean. The staff was nice and even gave a suggestion for a great place to eat.
