I was trying to get a room quickly and under pressure because my sob had been in an accident and I was four hours away. I needed a place to stay and keep my dogs while I was at the hospital. I changed my thoughts on what to do five minutes after making the reservation. I called immediately but I was not assured a refund and they took the money anyway. I was already upset and frightened for my child and they did nothing to understand my situation and be helpful. I'm angry.
Bathroom had no towell bars. A cover on the toilet would be convient for a place to put your towel or clothes on.
Cancelled the reservation because of illness.
Rooms were clean and everything worked and we were comfortable. I felt safe.
