3 Palms Tucson North Foothills

This hotel couldn't be any better for the money. Has an excelkent pool/hot tub. Rooms were outstanding. One of the best nights of sleep in my life. Less than $100, can't beat it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice facilities and affordable. Checks all of the boxes!

Will happily stay here again.

Upon entering my room, my first thought was that I had received an upgrade: it was more like an apartment than a hotel room. There’s a small kitchen, a sitting area, a separate bedroom and bathroom with an actual closet. Nellie, who checked me in, is a sweet and knowledgeable young lady who makes you feel right at home. For the price, this room is a steal. I’ll be back.

I think pool should be open till 11p on Friday and Saturday.

I took a chance and it was better than anticipated. Great staff, clean room, plenty of space, quiet, very, very quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay there. And that would be the place I would stay again if I go to Tuscan Arizona again. The rooms make you feel like your at home.

Special thanks to Elijah, who was kind enough to give me a pet friendly room without charge so that I could keep him out of the van while his owner got here. Room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator, microwave, everything you need. Happy hour by the beautiful pool area. Staff was very nice.

The young lady that checked us in was very professional and attentive. The suite was nice. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the refrigeration unit that blows directly on the first bed in the room. However, we di know this is common in many of the older hotels in Arizona.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was immaculate and well maintained and the room had everything we needed. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The only inconvenience we encountered was having to go to the front desk for pool towels. If others were checking in, it meant waiting in line, which wasn't very convenient. A more efficient process for obtaining pool towels would be beneficial. However, the pool itself was fantastic, with a great layout and ample space. We were in town for a funeral and gathered at the pool area afterward to reminisce about my uncle. It was a heartfelt time spent with family members we hadn't seen in quite a while. Additionally, the gym exceeded our expectations. My husband was particularly pleased with its quality. The hotel's location was excellent, with a Trader Joe's, grocery stores, Starbucks and fast food restaurants nearby. The only downside was the hot weather, which made walking less enjoyable. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel.
