People were very friendly and the room very clean.
We enjoyed our stay, but the restrooms by our convention locations were not receiving regular attention. One of the soap dispensers was out of soap for two days and several stalls were out of toilet paper for more than a day. We didn't see anyone servicing them until we were wrapping up our convention. With the 200+ people using these restrooms throughout 3.5 days, more attention should have been paid to the supply levels. Also, the microphone in Salon C (?) didn't work on our last morning Mass.
As usual the room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.
