- We have hand sanitizer dispenser in the lobby.- Public spaces and front desk are being disinfected frequently including doorknobs, elevator buttons, luggage carts, handrails,buttons on snack machine, soda machine, ice machine, coffee machine, juice machine. We are disinfecting pens at the front desk and room key cards, front desk counter and credit card device. We are disinfecting toilet flush handles, door handles, light switches, water faucet handles, and flooring.- Linens may become contaminated with the virus, so we added disinfectant to the washing laundry. Bed scarfs and bedspreads are getting washed more frequently.- We train our hotel staff to used disinfectants safely and correctly. We recommend housekeepers to wear masks and gloves. We remind guest and workers to wash hands with soap and warm water frequently, for at least 20 second each time. In addition, staff should not touch their eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and to practice "social distancing" six feet apart.
