I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were friendly and helpful. Camry has been the best concierge and staff member that I’ve encountered in any hotel as he’s been so helpful with things like laundry issues and questions about downtown events. He’s caring, empathetic and has a positive energy that makes the hotel stay one of the best I’ve had. He is a true superstar employee!

We only stayed one night, but the room/suite was spotless. The bed mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and well pressed. The front desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here.

When we arrive our room wasn't ready. They were quick on their feet and found another room to accommodate us. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. However when they came to clean they only removed the dirty laundry but never replaced it.

Every spacious suite features enough space for work, study or entertaining, plus all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, coffee-maker and microwave oven, a remote-controlled television, two telephones with dataports, voice-mail and an iron and ironing board. You'll also enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast every morning and an evening Manager's Reception with a complimentary light meal and beverages every Monday-Thursday (subject to state and local laws). All for less than you might think.
