I won’t be staying in a Hampton or Hilton hotel in future.
Upon check in I told the attendant that I wanted to use a different credit card to pay for the room. When we used the card we wanted, it only charged the $50 deposit and charged the room to the card I used to make the reservation over the phone. The shampoo container in the shower was broken so I called the front desk. They had me come down and get a travel bottle to use and that was fine with me. When I stated they might want to replace the container before renting the room again they didn’t seem concerned and finally asked my room number. Overall we had a good stay but we were irritated that they charged the wrong card when I specifically asked them not to. This experience wouldn’t stop us from staying there again but I’ll be much more cautious next time.
Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was clean.

Hampton is a trusted hotel and this one did not disappoint. Roomy bathroom and room. Breakfast was okay. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. Would stay again.
