"It was very dissapointing."

We didin't get the floor we requested, nor the room we requested. They had several bath towels on the floor in front of the fridge. I think they were trying to defrost the freezer. Why they didn't do that before check in time, I dont know. The carpet had several stains on it, there was only one chair in the room when they knew there was two of us. We wanted to sit out on the balcony, which is hard to do with only one chair. The remote didn't work.We paid over $300.00 for a "premium" room. And the sink was loose and jiggly. We couldn't even enjoy real cups and glasses, only paper and plastic. Such a waste. We've been staying at your hotel for twenty years. We will never return.

We are the only Riverfront property to offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the Cincinnati airport. The airport is approx. 12 miles.

Local Shuttle Info: Southbank Shuttle is available for 1.00 per person one way. It can be boarded within a 2 block walking distance. Shuttle pick-up runs every 15 minutes. Spring and Summer months (April - October) runs from Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 10p pm and Friday and Saturday 10:00 am - Midnight. Sunday, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Winter (November - March) runs from Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 7:00 pm, Friday 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Breakfast Information

Full menu and full hot breakfast buffet available in our The Fifth Lounge Restaurant on Saturday and Sundays only. Buffet is $12.00 plus tax per adult and $5.00 per child over 3 years old. Gratuity and tax are additional.
