Booked a two night stay. 2/21/25 2/23/25. Ended up leaving a day before and didnt care for a refund. 1st night took over 30 minutes to find parking. The parking is shared with nearby restaurants and hotels. Parking is $25 a night and no priority for staying at the hotel. Our suite room had dirty chairs, stains on the walls, hairballs in the shower and shower had mildew stains. Carpet was smelly and dirty. The beds were highly uncomfortable and hollow. The kitchenette was not wiped down. At night LOUD NOISE/PARTYING/MUSIC downstairs at the parking lot. Key cards given to us were not working, we had to reactivate on two separate occations. I Pre checked in the morning upon arrival at 8am, even though our room was not available. When we arrived at night from Disneyland with my sleepy tired kids, I am told that I needed to go through the check in process AGAIN that nothing was saved in the system., as if I never checked in., so again I spent over 30 minutes in line and check IN AGAIN. I spoke to front desk about my experiences and unsatisfactory and all I got was a "SURPRISED FACE AND A SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Ample outside parking is $25 per night. Hotel also has plenty of bus parking for $50 per night.
