Employees were very nice and helpful. They all seemed to enjoy their job. Hotel needs to be updated, this time a year there is an abundance of mayflies, lobby,walls,lights,chairs needed to be cleaned up daily!

"Very Disappointing."

Arrival was good but rest of the stay was confusing and disappointing. The room was good except for the bathroom which was very small. Because the door opened inward, you had very little room to maneuver when opening or closing the door. The commode was very low and did not flush well. The first morning we went to pick our breakfast tickets and were told our reservation did not include breakfast. The clerk was very rude. Our room received no service at all during the day. We left the next morning feeling we had basically been ripped off. We also had to pay 30 dollars a day for parking. Overall one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have experienced.

Overall we had great experience. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Good location. The shuttle service was great to get us to and from the Convention Center. Rooms are comfortable and provide standard amenities.

Local Shuttle Info: The DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland Downtown - Lakeside provides complimentary shuttle service within downtown, based on availability. Shuttle service is available from 7:00AM to 11:00PM. on a first come first served basis. The shuttle provides service between E. 18th and W. 9th and from Carnegie to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Please note the shuttle can only transport 11 people at a time and cannot be reserved for groups.
