I had a seamless check in experience. Help at the desk was great. The room was very comfortable with two double beds. My grandson enjoyed the pool.

Like staying at Grandma's except you get your own bathroom. Everything was meticulously clean. Style was modern, it was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff expressed their intention to take very good care of us.

Property Description
This year-round vacation facility is located on the Cherokee Indian Reservation in Cherokee, North Carolina, near the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We are within easy walking distance to a shopping area, a regularly stocked trout stream, many other local attractions and lots of great food nearby. Our hotel is located closely to the cultural district home of the Qualla Arts and Crafts Mutual, Inc promoting the work of over 350 artisan members. Located close to many attractions such as the Museum of the Cherokee Indian, Oconaluftee Indian Village, Mountainside Theatre home of the Unto These Hills Theatre show, Fire Mountain Bike Trail, Mingo Falls, Soco Falls, Farm History Museum and Santaland. Located within 3.5 miles of the casino and event center.

Local Shuttle Info: Cherokee Transit provides transportation for only $1 per passenger throughout the Cherokee Indian Reservation. The Transit is available daily from our hotel. It is closed on Saturday and Sundays.

Hotel does not currently offer a on site breakfast. Many great Cherokee restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. Within 1 mile of hotel we suggest Peter's Pancakes, Luftee River Buffet, and Mabel's Kitchen.

Our team takes great pride in keeping our entire property clean. We work throughout day to ensure all public spaces are cleaned. Our lobby is cleaned often throughout day.Daily room service is not available for our guests staying more than one night. We do offer to refresh any room amenities for guest by just reaching out to the front desk staff.
