Fire alarm woke me in the middle of the night. So it said handicap room. I was not able to step over the bathtub. This is common in hotels that say it’s handicapped. Staff were helpful. Very noisy, but it was downtown Spokane.

The entry person who helped in the evening was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t think the breakfast was that interesting. We didn’t stay the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke me up, but they said somebody had smoked them underneath it or something, that was a bit sketchy also, it wasn’t really handicap because I can’t climb over a bathtub to get into a handicap place but that’s kinda normal and hotels they call it handicap, but it really isn’t.

The hotel was exactly as expected and did have really big rooms, which was very nice. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding! The shower had great water pressure and a full size tub. TV was large, microwave and mini fridge a good addition. The late afternoon check in clerk was above and beyond helpful! I booked two rooms for a party of 5. She took the time to search for the best rooms that were close to each other and fit our needs! Thank You Debbie! We ended up side by side and it couldn’t have been better. The continental breakfast was standard foods, the coffee was strong and served 24 hours a day (perfect for me!). Location is close to the freeway but we didn’t hear traffic from our room. Overall this is a great place to stay.
