The front desk lady could not have been nicer. Room was clean.
I stayed in room 414 and had an issue with the blinds not closing correctly. The light from the large street light was a bother but when the sun came up I had to go downstairs (due to no phone in room) and get maintenance to fix it. They did fix it. I ask the service desk for a late check out due to the issues I had and she told me late check out was for Black members only! SHE WAS VERY RUDE! I paid 180.00 for little to NO SLEEP do to STreet light in my window the sunlight in my window. Terrible I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
