We received inconsistent courtesy from staff and room was not ready for occupancy for two 1/2 hours after we arrived. Staff criticized another staff member, who was not there, in front of us when we arrived. TV in bedroom did not work.

Set up more like a motel, room was just okay, bed was comfy and clean, but bathroom was GROSS and poorly maintained. Didn’t want to touch anything and couldn’t wait to check out. Office and lobby were shabby and not welcoming, there was no one inside to even check me in upon arrival. All in all, find somewhere better for the same cost.
