I booked a three day stay for my birthday weekend with the Jacuzzi room. We checked in 7/5 we left 7/6. I have never seen a hotel in such deplorable condition. It was filthy. Dirty carpet, curtains, windows, comforter, bathtub, walls,and door. After looking at all this I see a mouse run across the small room right in front of me. We went the front desk to complain about all this and was not surprised at all. Just gave us another room. It was just as bad. The floors weren't even and just dropped or had a small hill in random places. I'm currently fighting for a refund. They use that place a hunted house adventure. It's scary enough.
