We appreciated the shuttle to get us to the Grand Ole Opry. The first shuttle was at 5:45 for a 7:00 Thursday night Country Classics show. It was great to get there early to watch previous country singers on the big screen.

Great rooms, great service throughout the shops and restaurants. Charley at Check in Desk on this past Tuesday did a masterful job of working to provide us with the right set ups of rooms. He was patient, helpful and spent about 1/2 hour until he was able to provide us with what we needed which tremendously enhanced my group of eight to have an even better experience in the hotel. Thank you so much, Charley you rock!
