Property was clean. Room was ready when we checked in. Front desk service was top notch. Excellent 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly drivers. Breakfast at Best Westerns is good. Our only regret was departing too early to get the full breakfast.

We always stay at BW when we are in Seattle (and San Diego or wherever).We stayed there the night of 9/5/24 ( two desk clerks looked after us. One, I do not remember the name(she was working at 4:30 5:00 PM when we arrived.) but also, Bhavna also answered questions and concerns. Then, we were booked to stay there at BW in Seattle when we were returning from our trip. Unfortunately, on our return flight was cancelled. There were a lot of rescheduling to be done. We had to postpone our reservation one night. Helen saved the day. And we were booked for the following night. I must also add that the shuttle service you provide is reliable and friendly and that adds to why we keep coming back to Best Western.

Squeeze bottles for soap, shampoo, conditioners, body lotion. I could not get enough out of the bottles to be useful. There was a bar of facial soap and I could use that to take a shower. But not all of use are strong enough to successfully use the squeeze bottles.
