The bed is very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on cement. However the room was clean and the staff was very hospitable.

I had what looked like feces smeared on my bathroom wall and even blood splatter in the bedroom on the wall. The blowdryer almost caught fire and I wasn't able to use it. Juice machine and latte machine were out of order. Black pieces of something came out in the ice bucket. No one cleared the ice from the walkway at the entrance door to the building.
