However, the booking experience was terrible. I was under the impression that I would be making a reservation directly with the hotel; however I learned when I arrived that the reservation was made through a third party. This increased my bill over $150.00. I have unsuccessfully attempted to gain a refund of the overpayment. I've stayed at this hotel many times.

Discover our newly renovated Gallatin hotel off Highway 109. Wake up to free hot breakfast before exploring Tennessee nature at Triple Creek and Bledsoe Creek State Parks, both within 20 minutes of our door. We're half an hour from downtown Nashville, home to the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum. Local shopping and dining are steps away, and WiFi’s on us.
