The room was for my elderly parents. It turned out to be less than what was needed. I think the hard floor and wider bathroom door were the only “accessible” features. It would be good to have available a walk in shower. Or at least a shower bench for safer access to the tub. The employee was super sweet and tried to track down a shower bench, but could not. Grab bars should be standard near the toilet and bath. I was relieved my parents had no incidents. Again, both evening and morning employees were super friendly and helpful—the room just wasn’t safe for guests with special needs.
