For one the pool was closed for repairs. When I checking in there was one person in front of me and when that person was done I had to step aside bc I was told someone was next to check in who was sitting down in the lobby. Like a saved spot in line kind of thing. Finally there was no towels for my room when checking in. Was told to come back to the desk in 15 minutes to get the towels. Next time I will just go to Holiday Inn.
