The hotel Best Western in Vancouver was accommodating clean friendly staff the staff wasn't quite aware of how to add my points to my system I'll deal with that at a later date but all in all a good stay.
Staff was very kind and helpful.

We called the phone # on the website for your hotel. We asked for a GROUND FLOOR, ADA room. We were told yes and asked if we wanted a King or two Queens. When we got there (195 mile drive) we were told no ground floor ADA room only 2nd floor. We were not told the TV was not working. When I spoke to the manager she said our reservation was booked through a 3rd party so it was not the hotel’s problem. $200.00 a night. Never again. Breakfast was good.
