"Wonderful Stay"

Our “spur of the moment” trip to Port A had us looking for a place to stay with short notice. We had our pups with us, so choices were limited. We found Plantation online and it had good reviews, so we called and made a reservation on the way across the ferry. We arrived at the hotel (easy to find) and found the staff very friendly and accommodating. We got checked in and found our room and got everyone upstairs. We found the room very clean and they had the A/C running so it was already cool inside. The bathtub was a whirlpool style with jets, heck yes. All in all it was very comfortable and relaxing visit at a very nice well kept hotel. We are planning on coming down during Thanksgiving for a quiet visit.

"Good Location, Spacious Rooms, Good Breakfast."

The location is convenient, room is spacious with sitting area and small dining table. Bed was comfortable and had really nice sheets. A/C and mini fridge worked well. Breakfast was good. Overall had a good experience at Plantation Inn with no issues at all.

Plantation Suites and Conference Center is a Caribbean Plantation Style hotel, nestled on the Texas gulf coast. This tropical property boast 52 guest rooms in total, of which two are two-bedroom luxury condos, six are King Suites with Jacuzzi style tubs, and forty four are Double Queen Suites. Plantation Suites also offer handicapped accessibility in two of the Double Queen Suites. Each suite’s furnishings include a fold out sofa sleeper, a coffee table, as well as a spacious work desk, accompanied by a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and a 27” cable television. Each morning guests are invited to enjoy the deluxe continental breakfast in the welcoming breakfast room. Plantation Suites & Conference Center’s 1624 square feet of unobstructed meeting space is available year round for various functions.
