Great stay and rooms were nice.
Hotel was clean and nice. Check in clerk couldn't figure out AARP, was on a personal call throughout the entire process. Even asking the phone person "what's so funny" while I was asking a question. Told me wrong room number but thankfully wrote the right number down. Other room was occupied. Front desk person was parked in the carport area at front door. Very dismissive.
I stay at this hotel every year when I go to Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio. The hotel is very conveniently located to the show grounds. The facilities and rooms are always very clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. The breakfast is also a big plus. I think this hotel is first rate!
