I stay at this hotel every year when I go to Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio. The hotel is very conveniently located to the show grounds. The facilities and rooms are always very clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. The breakfast is also a big plus. I think this hotel is first rate!

"Not your typical standards."

Breakfast: they were out of toast, all juices, no apples, very little hot foods. They messed up our reservation when we got there could not find us, gave us someone else's reservation, she said we were there first. An employee walked in our room. Thought it was an empty room. Trash was in ice bucket, and radio was blasting when we walked in room.
