After being treated so rudely at the Hawthorne Wyndam hotel. I patiently waited for a reservation at Wyndham Gardens to be available. Not only that but the Wyndham always makes me feel important upon arrival. I will definitely be recommending Wyndham Gardens to everyone I know in hopes of them getting the five-star treatment my family and I received. Thank you so much to the Wyndham staff for everything you do. I never have to wait for a room once I check in and the staff always see to it that we are well taken care of.

The hotel room was very nice. Guests eating at the breakfast buffet was using their fingers instead of prongs, children serving themselves making a mess not cleaning up. Guests kids running the hallways and playing on the elevators. Having a staff member monitor the breakfast room would help. The staff members were very kind, professional and helpful. There was an odor in the main areas of the hotel that was not pleasant. Your night shift desk clerk David was very kind, pleasant and helpful. You need to hire more men like him.
