Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Clean room. Special requests for pets and late checkout met. We highly recommend this Marriot. We were there under stressful circumstances and they could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Also, the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food.

The shower was filthy. The floors were dirty. It looked like someone had spilled coffee in the foyer and was not cleaned up properly. The refrigerator was frozen and did not work. The cream for the coffee in the room was spoiled. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The room darkening shades would not close all the way. It said in your ad that Wi Fi was free, but they wanted to charge us $10 when we checked in. The breakfast bar was out of a lot of stuff by 9 o’clock in the morning. For the amount of money we spent for two nights we expected much more! This was our first time visiting the state of Pennsylvania and we attended my nephew's wedding reception. Most of the other guest stayed at other hotels and said they were great. We told them how bad our experience and our recommendation was not to stay at the Pittsburgh North Marriott. I can assure you the next time we visit my nephew we will not be Staying at your hotel!
