We enjoyed our stay, beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Enjoyed the shuttle service very much which helped us get back to the airport.

Lot easier than parking at the airport shuttle was great and on time, enjoyed the overall experience, would recommend.
There are many hotel options in Grand Rapids and it was hard to narrow it down. We took a chance on Holiday Inn Grand Rapids airport and were not disappointed! The hotel is pretty centrally located near a mall and plenty of food. We had no issues getting around with a rental car. The room was very nice. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature of the room was great. The bathroom had a cool door that swung both ways, one to close off the whole bathroom or another to close off just the toilet so someone else could use the sink/shower if the toilet was in use. I loved having the Dove products, it was great having plenty of soap AND lotion right at the sink! The staff we interacted with was great. Prompt, kind and efficient. They even put out cookies on the weekday evenings which are DELICIOUS. Housekeeping came every day which was shocking in a post COVID world. It was wonderful to always have fresh towels and a bed made. One day we were in the room later than usual and I asked the desk if housekeeping could come while we were out and it was no problem. I’m so glad I booked this hotel and will definitely be looking at more Holiday Inns for future travel!
