This is a 50+ year old Motel with original bathrooms. Good to show kids how things used to be. Lack of humidity control was not good.

At our hotel, we promise a clean, comfortable room and agreeable staff every time at a rate that won’t hurt your wallet. We provide a one-of-a-kind experience; there is no chain that can replicate us. You can expect basic amenities at some of the lowest rates in town, in addition to:A complimentary continental breakfast 7 days a week, complimentary WiFi, A refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in every room, and outdoor community space on back lawn with grill and bocci available.Once you step outside, you can take full advantage of our proximity to the University of Michigan’s main campus by either hopping on a bus at the next corner, or even simply walking up the street. You can take care of your grocery shopping right next door at Trader Joe’s, or head about a quarter mile up the road to Arborland and Arbor Hills for some more shops. If you want to stop at a restaurant, you can take advantage of one of the many establishments located within a mile of us. If you’re headed to the big game, the Big House is just a couple of miles away. And if you need to go to the hospital, that is less than two miles away, as well.It has long been our pleasure to welcome a wide array of guests from innumerable places and backgrounds.
