I found this hotel comfortable. When I fell sick with food poisoning during my travels, the front desk staff was kind enough to deliver the orders for medicine and food I placed to my front door and even brought me some ginger ale. That being said, I wasn't aware that construction was being done across the street and to the lobby until I arrived. I was given earplugs in my room but I wasn't offered to swap rooms. The lobby was moved and full of construction workers. That's not really anyone's fault, but it didn't make for ideal visiting.
