This hotel was chosen by our family (wedding). When I read the reviews, everyone spoke of customer service and how clean the hotel is. They were correct. I travelled with my elderly parents and I requested rooms close the elevator. Not only did they accommodate that request, they were able to give us rooms right next to each other. I appreciate that so much. This is the only hotel that provides two wash cloths per guest (without having to ask). I appreciate that as well.
