Very comfortable and high end accommodations. Bathroom was not well equipped (no cups, no soap other than gel and no exhaust fan. Also toilet seat was loose Surprised that we were charged for coffee with breakfast even though free coffee is offered in the dining room in the mornings.

Great view from the room of the mountains, not the lake. Had a first floor room opening out onto the mountain view so it was easy to take the dog out. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Loved this hotel and the Christmas decor is absolutely first class beautiful. Our view of the lake and mountains was perfect. How nice we could bring our dog. She loved it too. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
