I made this reservation date by mistake nonrefundable. I called the helpline and ask if I could change the date. They said it would be reviewed. No response and I of course got charged even though we didn’t stay at the hotel. I know my mistake. I’ll never book another Comfort Inn. Reality they don’t care they have my money.
Very clean, good breakfast.
