Very disappointed with your service. I requested our rooms to be on the bottom floor three weeks in advance and they put us in bold four not five like I requested. All three rooms were supposed to be together and that didn’t happen. Jay and Eva Bennett was supposed to have three free rooms which they would no honor. I would still like my card to be credited the 194.00 that was charged to my card.

My wife and I and our dog stopped at the Virgin River resort Hotel and casino to grab some dinner, relax and spend the evening. The hotel grounds were outstanding as was the dedicated dog area. The rooms are very, very nice, exceptionally priced and I found the hotel staff from the moment I checked in to the individuals working at the restaurant and others throughout the property as exceptionally nice and professional. I will stay there again and have recommended it to others already.

After years of waiting, my youngest wanted to play the slots. So we took a trip to Mesquite and stayed with Virgin River. Check in was easy and quick. Room was quiet. Food was really good. Casino was a normal experience. Son was happy as he actually won a few dollars.

The rooms are very dated and need a refresh, the towels were like drying with sandpaper, the bed was very hard a squeaked every time I moved. Ice was a long walk away only plus side we won money in the casino.

The cafe and buffet are nice, good quality. If you're a gambler, you might like the casino, I don't know, because I don't gamble. The rooms are sparse and every morning, numerous dead or dieing roaches are on the floor. Had to switch rooms because the A/C didn't work properly in the first room we were in. All in all, I'd rate the Virgin River Casino and Hotel 2⭐ at best.

It is a basic hotel at a very low price, I stayed midweek in 120 degree weather so not a lot of tourists or anything. The room was cool. I had ice when I needed it most. Everything is in good order, well maintained, not fancy, outdoor parking, the pools looked nice, too bad I was here for nothing but work.The interactions I had with all staff were very positive. I would stay again.
